Angliss distributes a wide range of frozen and chilled, raw and processed food such as poultry, beef, sausages, chicken rolls, seafood, dairy and vegetables in the wholesale, foodservice, retail and export markets.
Our company is well-equipped with our very own 5,000-tonne halal certified cold room and HACCP certified processing facilities. In addition, we have a 5,000-tonne third party storage to meet increasing demand. With well-equipped facilities, we are able to produce sausages and chicken rolls, and provide value-added services such as portion controlled cutting, slicing, cubing and mincing of meat. Servicing over 3,000 customers in the foodservice, wholesale, retail, shipchandling, airlines catering, food processors, overseas resorts, cruise liners, etc., we are regarded as one of the leading food distributors in Singapore.
A division of Angliss Singapore, Master Butchery specialises in gourmet Halal sausages, chicken rolls, patties, chicken offerings, pasta sauces and Western soup. We also provide customisation of products to suit all occasions and palates. As we aim to provide customers with great value in both taste and quality, our manufacturing plant has been certified by HACCP and Halal standards. The distinctiveness and the consistent high quality of our products have also made us one of the Tasty Singapore ambassadors.
